Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Facilities Lead to ensure the smooth operation of its Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers. The role involves advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of major equipment, with data-driven, AI-enabled insights to maximize site performance.

Responsibilities include leading technicians, coordinating with Operations, and ensuring safety, reliability, and on-time order processing for fans worldwide.

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting across conveyors, manufacturing, and building systems.
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting with NEC compliance awareness.
• Hands-on motor controls knowledge: PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, Servo Drives, External I/O.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead maintenance activities and coordinate with Operations for optimal asset performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, manufacturing equipment, and building systems.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and documentation; operate independently when needed.
