Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Experience in Facility Management, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of work experience in Facility Management.
• Proven project management skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate the coordination of maintenance work and the resolution of technical problems.
• Draft, control, and report timelines and action plans for different kinds of projects.
• Communicate project progress to the Head of Facility Management and set alerts if necessary.
• Assist in taking over defined projects in the field of Facility Management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including construction companies and external service companies.
• Prepare and provide support in setting up RFQ based on given frameworks, facilitating decision-making processes.
• Coordinate the deployment of resources such as technicians, suppliers, and other contract partners.
• Conduct research and monitor compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Administer and coordinate relocations, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Document all relevant information and processes related to project management and facility coordination.
