Job summary

Sartorius in New Oxford, PA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for coordinating Facility Management tasks to keep our facilities safe, efficient and comfortable. You will organize maintenance work, draft timelines, coordinate resources, monitor safety standards, and communicate progress to the Head of Facility Management.

2+ years in FM or engineering, high school diploma, strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience in Facility Management, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years work experience in Facility Management.
• Project management skills.
• Good communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate the coordination of maintenance work and the resolution of technical problems.
• Draft, control, and report timelines and action plans for different kinds of projects.
• Communicate project progress constantly to the Head of Facility Management and set alerts if necessary.
• Assist in taking over defined projects in the field of Facility Management.
• Maintain close contact with internal and external stakeholders, including construction companies and external service companies.
• Prepare and provide support in setting up RFQ based on given frameworks, facilitating decision‑making processes.
• Coordinate the deployment of resources such as technicians, suppliers, and other contract partners.
• Conduct research and monitor compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Administer and coordinate relocations, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Document all relevant information and processes related to project management and facility coordination
