You will perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, HVAC systems, and building services, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinate repairs across welding, fabrication, and office areas.

Qualifications

• Certified Electrician with industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or manufacturing support.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on production equipment, welders, HVAC systems, fans, compressors, and small equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment issues.
• Repair and replace damaged components, cords, plugs, motors, and related hardware.
• Coordinate inspections and servicing for critical equipment.
• Maintain equipment records and PM schedules.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, etc.
