Job summary

Sartorius North America is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to coordinate Facility Management tasks ensuring safe, efficient operations. You will organize maintenance work, draft project timelines, and communicate progress to leadership while coordinating resources and RFQ processes.

A strong focus on safety and environmental standards will be essential. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Facility Management, project management skills, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate maintenance work and resolve technical problems
• Draft, control, and report timelines and action plans for projects
• Communicate project progress to Head of Facility Management and set alerts
• Assist in taking over defined projects in Facility Management
• Maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders including construction and service companies
• Prepare and provide support in RFQ setup based on frameworks
• Coordinate deployment of resources such as technicians and suppliers
• Monitor safety and environmental regulations
• Coordinate relocations for smooth transitions
• Document information and processes related to project management and facility coordination
