Job summary

GGP Services Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician to support the Operations Manager in implementing safety plans, operating standards, and performing preventative maintenance at Grand Teton Mall.

The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, and maintaining physical assets to ensure safe, attractive, and functional premises. Responsibilities include maintaining building systems, performing minor repairs, managing supplies, and assisting with events and mall decor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance or related field preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, plans and schematic drawings.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• 2-year Tech School Graduate or trade certificate is a plus.
• OSHA 10-Hour course is a plus.
• Familiar with or able to learn Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems.
• Operate equipment for preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Perform interior/exterior maintenance including painting, plumbing, lighting, and roof tasks.
• Maintain inventory systems, records, and safety data sheets.
• Repair or reposition retail fixtures as needed.
• Assist with event setup and mall decor installation/removal.
• Perform custodial duties and landscaping as required.
• Assist with snow removal when needed.
• Contribute to safety policies and training; support emergency planning.
