Job summary

GGP Services Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician to support the Operations Manager in implementing safety plans, standards, and maintenance for the property’s assets.

The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operation. You will install and repair building systems, perform minor interior/exterior work, assist with inventory and documentation, and participate in setup for events and decor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-year Tech School certificate a plus.
• OSHA 10-Hour a plus.
• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems.
• Operate equipment for preventative maintenance and basic repairs.
• Perform interior/exterior maintenance such as painting, plumbing, lighting, and roofing tasks.
• Maintain inventory, records, and safety data sheets.
• Assist with event setup and mall decor installations.
