Job summary

GGP is hiring a Facilities Technician to assist the Operations Manager in maintaining Grand Teton Mall’s assets. The role encompasses preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and upkeep of all building systems to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in building maintenance, a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and the ability to read plans. Some evening/weekend shifts and event setup help are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, plans and schematic drawings.
• OSHA General Industries 10-Hour course is a plus.
• Bilingual welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs around interior/exterior areas.
• Assist with events setup and decor installation/takedown.
• Support snow removal and landscaping tasks as needed.
• Maintain inventory, records, and safety data sheets.
