Job summary

GGP is seeking a Facilities Technician to assist with the operations and safety plans for Ridgedale Center. You will support the Operations Manager in maintaining building systems, performing preventive maintenance, and handling minor repairs in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities include painting, plumbing, electrical work, snow removal, and ensuring adherence to OSHA standards while providing service to tenants. This role involves some evening and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with management, employees, tenants and external contacts.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, plans and schematic drawings.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on interior/exterior areas.
• Assist with inventory, safety data sheets, supplies and tools.
