Job summary

CBRE Maintenance Technician sought to support a major campus of 10 buildings. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair critical building systems in a dynamic, manufacturing-friendly environment.

You should have 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or trade credential, and the ability to lift heavy loads. The role offers on-site work with on-site parking and access to dining facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting 50 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and implement repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assemble Office Furniture
• Replace Ceiling and Carpet Tile
• Review work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems run efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regs.
• Exchange straightforward information clearly and concisely.
• Follow defined procedures to deliver output under supervision.
