The ideal candidate has 2+ years in facilities maintenance, strong knowledge of building systems, and ability to work from detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance on multi-building campuses.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and technical docs.
• Experience with maintenance tracking or work order systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, lighting, doors, and general infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot facility issues across manufacturing, warehouse, and office spaces.
• Execute preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Maintain maintenance logs and update work orders; respond to facility emergencies.
