Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of hands-on repair and maintenance work in buildings, grounds, equipment and environmental safety.
• Develops and maintains maintenance logs, calendars, schedules and administrative tools used by the department.
• Coordinatesschedules of work for outside contractors/vendors and ensures timely project completion.
• Leads small to large-scale projects as SME, directing contractors and updating maintenance plans.
• Participates in the on-call system to provide facilities assistance 24/7 to address urgent issues.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and company policies.
