Job summary

Doxim is seeking a proactive Facilities Technician II to uphold production equipment, plant systems, and facility infrastructure across a three-shift operation. You will work independently and with peers, mentoring Maintenance Technician I while diagnosing complex failures and implementing corrective actions.

You will also lead preventive maintenance, document all work in CMMS, and perform electrical installations and various facility repairs to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school, vocational training, or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or related field preferred.
• Relevant technical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an advanced technician supporting production equipment, plant systems, and facility infrastructure across a three-shift operation.
• Work independently and with a team; mentor Maintenance Technician I.
• Perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Diagnose complex equipment failures and determine corrective actions with minimal supervision.
• Lead or support preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Maintain CMMS records with detailed work documentation and root-cause findings.
• Install, maintain, and modify electrical systems and wiring; perform facility repairs.
