Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform a broad range of maintenance, repair, and improvement projects at our properties. You'll work with carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and general repair tasks to keep facilities safe and inviting.

Responsibilities include record-keeping in CMMS, coordinating with teams, and delivering responsive service to guests and staff while maintaining safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred; maintenance or trade experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general repairs.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and read simple work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of facility maintenance, repair and improvement projects including carpentry, painting, drywall, grounds maintenance, and minor plumbing/electrical repairs.
• Inspect buildings and systems, completing minor repairs to maintain safety and functionality.
• Utilize tools safely to complete maintenance tasks and support preventative maintenance initiatives.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and material usage in CMMS.
• Provide responsive and professional service to guests and team members and communicate status to leadership.
