Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Technician II to maintain safe, functional facilities across the company. You will perform both routine maintenance and advanced repairs, including painting, carpentry, minor plumbing/electrical work, and equipment troubleshooting, while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

You will also support projects, assist other technicians, and ensure documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• The Facilities & Maintenance Technician II performs advanced maintenance tasks and equipment-level repairs.
• Maintains facilities to be safe, visually appealing, and compliant with SOPs and safety policies.
• Provides guidance to Facilities Technician I staff and supports project work.

Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance: routine tasks like painting, drywall patching, carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs; HVAC and equipment maintenance.
• Client Support & Project Work: respond to maintenance requests, support carpentry/painting/renovations, coordinate with internal teams.
• Safety, Compliance & Documentation: follow SOPs, document work and participate in safety training.
• Training, Coaching & Team Support: mentor junior staff and help onboarding of new technicians.
