Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Facilities Technician II, Maintenance to support the Operations and Engineering teams in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, HVAC, compressors and other critical equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime.

You will document maintenance activities, follow 5S and safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Support maintenance of production equipment including HVAC, compressors and forklifts.
• Document predictive/preventive maintenance data and improve processes.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventive and planned maintenance on warehouse equipment.
• Maintenance of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical.
• Record-keeping and data entry for work orders and safety documentation.
• Coordinate repairs with production to minimize downtime.
