Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an HVAC Facilities Technician to support the Operations, Engineering & Maintenance teams. You will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and refrigeration in a fast-paced warehouse and labs environment.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, adherence to cGMP standards, and coordination with QA, validation, and facilities teams. Safety, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration are essential components of daily work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC education/certification preferred.
• Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, chillers and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment (AHUs, RTUs, condensers, exhaust fans, VAV boxes, ductwork).
• Monitor environmental controls across ISO spaces and respond to alarms.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and ensure SOP compliance.
