Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support our cold storage facilities. You will maintain and repair building infrastructure and material handling equipment, with emphasis on preventing downtime and ensuring safe, reliable operations.

The role requires troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems within a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will document work, follow safety policies, and collaborate with a team dedicated to reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance or MHE repair preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Comfort working in a cold storage environment and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building infrastructure including dock doors and overhead systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Identify and resolve mechanical and basic electrical issues within the facility.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure uptime and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairs of other facility equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve reliability and minimize downtime.
