Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Facilities Technician II, Maintenance to support the Operations, Engineering & Maintenance Department. You will perform predictive and preventive maintenance on critical warehouse equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs with supervision as needed.

The role requires hands-on work with HVAC, compressors, and powered industrial trucks, while maintaining safety standards and accurate data in Maintenance Connection.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years in maintenance, facilities, or related field.
Experience maintaining industrial equipment in manufacturing environments.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance on production equipment (HVAC, compressors, forklifts).
Maintain building systems and perform minor repairs to doors, plumbing, and electrical components.
Ensure safety, 5S adherence, and proper record-keeping of work orders and data.
Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and coordinate repairs.
