Job summary

Hims, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician II, Maintenance to support the Operations, Engineering & Maintenance Department in the warehouse. You will apply predictive and preventive maintenance on critical production equipment including HVAC, compressors, and material handling systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in maintenance, facilities, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to document maintenance activities and interpret data for process improvement.
• Experience working with PLCs and CMMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance on warehouse production equipment such as HVAC, compressors, conveyors, and forklifts.
• Handle building maintenance including painting, drywall, doors, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas following 5S principles and safety policies.
• Fabricate equipment components using wood and metal as needed.
• Keep accurate records of work orders, parts, and maintenance data.
• Identify and address facility issues with a predictive maintenance approach.
• Communicate safety risks and downtime risks to management.
• Coordinate repairs with production to minimize disruption.
• Seek opportunities for process optimization and cost savings.
• Collaborate on cross-functional improvement projects.
