Qualifications

• 3 years facilities experience
• Basic reading, writing, and math
• Basic working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and refurbishing
• Self-directed, well organized, and motivated
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Computer proficiency (Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair & upgrade the physical condition of properties.
• Prioritize and perform service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform regular inspections of the property and be personable and trustworthy.
• Know-how in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and refurbishing.
• Willing to perform janitorial, gardening, and similar tasks.
• Install shop air drops, electrical drops, and network drops.
• Routine pest control maintenance.
• Comply with environmental, health and safety laws and company policies.
