Job summary

QuadReal Property Group is seeking a Building Operator, Level 2 to maintain Cloverdale Shopping Centre. The role reports to the Operations Manager and involves preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS, and life-safety systems, plus on-call duties and safety program participation.

Responsibilities include daily logs, waste and hazard handling, and coordinating with tenants and contractors. A 3+ year background and 4th Class Power Engineer or equivalent are preferred; licensing

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, light, electrical, roofing, fire prevention and life safety systems.
• General maintenance and housekeeping, including painting, sweeping, litter pick up, and pressure washing.
• Conduct and log environmental/preventative maintenance assessments and/or inspections;
