The Scion Group is hiring a Facilities Technician II to respond to maintenance requests, perform preventive tasks, and prepare apartments for turnovers. You will ensure safety and functionality of building systems and optimize service for residents in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong technical abilities, problem-solving skills, and reliable follow-through to support property operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and CMMS workflows.
• Ability to document maintenance work clearly and timely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in BAS, Entrata and CMMS for logging service requests and completed work.
• Maintain property condition per SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance on major building systems and equipment.
