Astera Health is seeking a full-time Facilities Technician II in Wadena, MN to maintain building systems, grounds, and utilities, including boilers, refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical work. This role requires hands-on maintenance, safety compliance, and periodic weekend/holiday on-call rotation.

Required qualifications include Minnesota 2nd Class C Boilers License (or ability to obtain within 18 months), related technical education, and 3 years of building maintenance experience.

Aufgaben

• Maintain transmission of light, heat service utilities and power sources.
• Assist with improvements of hospital plant and grounds.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain exterior surfaces and grounds, including snow/ice removal.
• Operate and maintain boilers and pumps for heating.
• Repair/maintain systems: refrigeration, air handling, motors, wiring.
• Perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance tasks.
• Support plant planning and related facility operations.
