Responsibilities

• Adjust time clocks and perform fire extinguisher inspection
• Maintain/repair furniture and fixtures
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Assist with plumbing, electrical and HVAC for installations
• Perform routine HVAC maintenance
• Assist equipment maintenance
• Participate in future projects including building new facilities
• Maintain a wide variety of mechanical equipment
• Handle hazardous waste collection in accordance with regulations
