Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to express information clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobbies, community halls, offices, and restrooms.
• Perform general cleaning of leased units as assigned.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
• Clean walls, ceilings, windows, and fixtures; apply wax or sealers as needed.
• Maintain grounds and remove trash from common areas and lots.
• Notify supervisor of supply needs and major repairs.
• Assist with building security and equipment moves.
• Prepare housing units for painting and notify of repairs.
• Washes appliances and disinfects bathrooms as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
