Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and preventive tasks ensuring safe and efficient operation of building systems. The role requires hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems with support from the Facilities Supervisor.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years in facility maintenance, and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical/vocational training preferred.
• 3–5 years of facility maintenance experience.
• Fork truck experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and correct issues with building infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
• Maintain boilers, chillers, air handlers, exhaust fans, and other HVAC components.
• Install and repair electrical fixtures, outlets, wiring, and lighting in compliance with safety codes.
• Repair and maintain plumbing systems including valves, pumps, drains, and fixtures.
• Perform mechanical maintenance on motors, conveyors, compressors, and other equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and emergency calls.
• Complete maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation accurately and timely.
• Assist with facility improvement projects, equipment installations, and system upgrades.
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
