Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a Facilities/Maintenance Technician in Taunton, MA, offering hourly pay of $31.00–$34.00 plus day shift and comprehensive benefits. The role provides a clearly mapped progression path into Lead and Supervisor positions with paid training at every step.

You will perform preventative maintenance and repairs across HVAC, BMS/EMS and site facility systems, supervise subcontractors, and participate in a structured technical progression across multiple levels.

Qualifications

• Facilities or building services maintenance background.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting, ideally gained on a manufacturing or industrial site.
• Trade school qualification or associate’s degree in an engineering or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair across HVAC, BMS/EMS and site facility systems.
• Overseeing subcontractors on site for maintenance, servicing and repairs.
• Structured progression through technical levels and into Lead and Supervisor positions, with training at every stage.
• Days or 2nd shift available, supporting a 24-hour operation.
