The Town of Natick is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join its Facilities Maintenance Department as a full-time Maintenance V-HVAC & Building Management Systems Technician. The Town's preference is to appoint a candidate at the Maintenance V-HVAC & Building Management Systems level; however, candidates whose qualifications and experience more closely align with the Maintenance IV classification may also be considered.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced technician to play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and building automation systems that support the Town's municipal facilities. The successful candidate will help ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of Town buildings through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, system monitoring, and ongoing operational support.
The ideal candidate will possess the required certifications, extensive HVAC and controls experience, and a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment and building management system issues. Working as a key member of the Facilities Maintenance Team, this individual will support all aspects of facility operations, maintenance, and capital improvement projects while contributing to the long-term performance and sustainability of Town-owned facilities.
