Job summary

Jordan’s Furniture in Taunton, MA seeks a Facilities Technician III to repair, maintain, and install electrical, HVAC, mechanical, refrigeration, and related systems in accordance with building codes and safety regulations.

This hands-on role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with occasional after-hours work; the pay range is $27.00–$35.00 per hour, with strong benefits and a team-first culture that values reliability and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years mechanical experience in industrial settings.
• Read blueprints and schematics.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• DOT certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair powered industrial equipment and related systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Read blueprints and system diagrams to guide maintenance.
• Document work in the ticketing system and support facility projects.
