Holiday Inn of Midland is seeking motivated maintenance team members to keep our property grounds, public areas, and parking garage in top condition. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and safety while adhering to IHG standards.

Qualifications

• Interpret/extract information and perform building repair/upkeep tasks.
• Good communication skills.
• High school diploma or relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds, public areas, and parking garage.
• Greet guests and make them feel welcome.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive tasks.
• Operate company vehicles and light equipment.
• Record time, materials, faults and report issues.
