Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeper for Residence Inn Midland to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms in line with established quality standards. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to support a premier hotel experience.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. General eligibility includes background screening and willingness to work varied hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Satisfactory criminal background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Receive room assignments from supervisor and clean rooms according to established procedures.
• Know correct procedure for entering a guest room and check for damaged furniture or equipment.
• Restock cart at end of shift and return cart to storage area; maintain a clean, orderly housekeeping cart and storage areas.
• Report all deficiencies and problems in guest rooms to the Maintenance Engineer daily.
• Be alert to hazards and practice safety at all times; follow all safety procedures and policies for guests and employees.
• Adhere to Lost and Found procedures and provide the highest quality service to guests.
