Default Brand is seeking a full-time Maintenance Staff member for the High Point Inpatient Campus in Brockton, MA. Successful candidates will perform various maintenance tasks, ensure the facility is safe and attractive, and comply with all required regulations.
The ideal applicant should have a high school diploma/GED, a MA Driver's License, and the ability to lift 50lbs. Comprehensive benefits including medical insurance and unmatched leave time are offered.
Program & Location: High Point Inpatient Campus, Brockton, MA
Qualifications: Ability to lift 50lbs, Valid MA Driver's License, possess knowledge and skills needed to provide maintenance
Pay Range: $22-27/hr depending on experience
Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm; Weekends as needed

Must present as courteous and professional at all times.
Demonstrated flexibility and ability to perform multiple tasks.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to organize ideas in logical and clear fashion.
Proficient and knowledge of basic computer skills and software programs including the ability to learn, including "WorxHub".
Must have the ability to work with others in cooperative and collaborative manner.
An understanding of the relationship between substance use and mental health issues and/or self-help programs.
An understanding of boundaries and ethics.
Comply with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, Substance Abuse Confidentiality Regulations and HIPAA Regulations.
Certification in the HPAO approved de-escalation program.
