Job summary

Genesee Regional Bank is seeking an Entry-Level Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support five facilities, including grounds and office spaces. You will perform general maintenance, light repairs, and ensure a clean, safe environment for staff and visitors.

The role suits a dependable, hands-on individual who learns quickly and works well with others. Prior maintenance or custodial experience is a plus and a valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between branches.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior maintenance, custodial, or handyman experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general building maintenance including painting, minor repairs, and upkeep.
• Perform carpet cleaning and spot maintenance as needed.
• Hang pictures, signage, whiteboards, and other wall-mounted items.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Move, assemble, and rearrange office furniture and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and conference rooms.
• Replenish coffee stations and kitchen supplies.
• Respond to facilities requests and complete work orders promptly.
