Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of facilities maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance across all facilities.
• Replace ceiling tiles, paint touch-ups, and door repairs.
• Maintain records of service calls in systems.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly checks.
• Coordinate with Facilities Supervisor for contractor work.
• Move and install office furniture as needed.
• Maintain company vehicles and deliver vehicles to shops.
• Procure supplies from vendors as required.
• Support Facilities Department with additional tasks.
