Job summary

Pathfinder Bank is seeking a Building & Grounds Maintenance team member to support the upkeep, appearance, and day-to-day operation of Bank facilities in Oswego, NY. The role covers cleaning, groundskeeping, seasonal maintenance, minor repairs, mail operations, and general facility duties at the Main Office and other Oswego locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid New York driver’s license
• Ability to safely operate maintenance and groundskeeping equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain Bank facilities and Main Office
• Perform groundskeeping and seasonal maintenance
• Operate mowing, snow removal, and plowing equipment
• Respond to building needs and emergencies
• Perform minor repairs and basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• Move office furniture and handle light maintenance tasks
