Job summary

Foothills Bank is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Technician to service our division branch network. The role supports the Facilities & Security Manager, handling facility service requests, preventive maintenance, and upkeep to ensure safe, well‑functioning offices.

Responsibilities include completing maintenance activities on schedule, performing basic trades, preserving records, and coordinating moves of equipment and staff. Occasional travel is required; a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• One year of similar or related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with service requests and preventive maintenance across multiple bank facilities.
• Perform basic painting, carpentry, acoustical ceiling, and masonry work as needed.
• Maintain records for maintenance and repairs and coordinate moves of staff/equipment.
• Interface with vendors and trade contractors to implement repairs.
• Travel to various locations; comply with bank policies and training requirements.
