Job summary

WaterStone Bank is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist with daily and ongoing preventative maintenance across all bank locations and rented properties. The role requires basic HVAC knowledge, electrical skills, and familiarity with building automation controls.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, security awareness, and on-call support, with additional duties as assigned. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between offices are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial office maintenance.
• High School diploma required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to other programs used in this position.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between office locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily and ongoing preventative maintenance of all WaterStone Bank locations and rented properties.
• Perform basic electrical tasks and HVAC knowledge; learn building automation controls.
• Support security practices and be on-call as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and handle other duties as assigned.
• Back up for Mail Room Courier duties.
