Job summary

All In Credit Union is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the safety, appearance, and day-to-day operation of our facilities. In this hands-on role, you will inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems across multiple locations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and general cleaning.

Daily travel to branch locations is required with flexibility for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least four years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Technical training or certification in HVAC, electrical work, building maintenance, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Diagnose and repair faulty equipment, damaged structures, and building components.
• Maintain HVAC and plumbing systems to support safe, reliable operation.
• Develop, perform, and document preventive maintenance procedures.
• Plan and schedule repairs, routine service calls, and branch maintenance activities.
• Conduct periodic quality checks to confirm that equipment and systems meet established standards.
• Perform general maintenance, including carpentry, painting, landscaping, and other assigned tasks.
• Support branch remodels, facility upgrades, and new-construction projects.
• Maintain accurate records for equipment, supplies, inspections, repairs, and completed work.
• Assist with maintenance budget planning and responsible use of materials and resources.
