Job summary

Origin Bank is seeking a facilities maintenance specialist to handle daily upkeep of our bank locations, ensure the appearance and environment meet brand standards, and support event setups.

The role covers maintenance, signage installation, mailroom responsibilities, and vehicle upkeep with travel and evening/weekend hours as needed. A high school diploma and 2–3 years of maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to three years of general building and property maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance to buildings and grounds to reflect brand standards.
• Coordinate event setups and signage; manage equipment and supplies.
• Assist with mailroom duties, including incoming/outgoing mail processing.
• Maintain bank vehicles and trailers; report issues needing budgeting.
• Travel as needed; flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
