Job summary

Security Service Federal Credit Union seeks a facilities technician to maintain and service regional properties, handling work orders and coordinating with contractors. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum two years of facilities/building maintenance experience.
• Able to complete a variety of maintenance/repair tasks without assistance.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and insurability.
• Lifts up to 100 lbs., climbs ladders up to 24 feet, inspects roofs up to 6 stories.
• Strong problem analysis and detail orientation.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and building management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains assigned region properties, completes work orders, and coordinates with vendors.
• Performs planned and emergency maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Requests bids, inspects contractor work, ensures safety compliance.
• Keeps facilities compliant with industry standards and SSFCU values.
