Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Facilities Technician to manage the operation of the center’s physical plant, including building systems, safety programs, and equipment repair. The role covers HVAC, pool facilities, and daily maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and efficient environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least four years in trades, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate procurement, maintenance logs, and after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certifications such as CPO or AFO are preferred.
• Minimum four years in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and basic trades.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper functioning of facility systems (HVAC, utilities, safety programs).
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs.
• Oversee pool maintenance, chemistry, and safety compliance.
• Maintain maintenance logs, inventory, and procurement support.
