Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Tulsa seeks a Maintenance Staff member to keep community facilities safe and functional. You will perform carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical tasks, follow work orders, and report issues to the Director of Maintenance.

Candidates should be reliable, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, and experience with hand and power tools. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 2 years in trades ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and electrical is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair walls, furniture, cabinets, windows, and doors/locks.
• Detect and report questionable conditions to the Director of Maintenance.
• Stock maintenance supplies and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Respond to emergencies as trained and follow safety regulations.
• Follow prescribed work orders and assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.
