Job summary

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent experience.
• HVAC degree or 2 years hands-on HVAC experience.
• Universal CFC Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site safety and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist contractors and inspect building systems.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate repairs as directed.
• Serve as point of contact for tenants and coordinate with the client.
