Job summary

EMCOR Group seeks an experienced maintenance professional for operation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing and HVAC systems on a multi-building campus in the Chestnut Hill area. You will learn the Sequences of Operation and work with various mechanical systems, handling heavy equipment in extreme conditions as needed.

The role includes responding to service calls, supervising and training utility mechanics, and ensuring safety during duties such as ProPress tool usage, brazing, soldering

Qualifications

• Experience in operation of central plant equipment and commercial systems.
• Proven ability to repair building plumbing & HVAC auxiliary systems.
• Valid driver’s license to drive company or assigned vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair, and maintain central plant equipment and related plumbing/HVAC systems.
• Understand and follow the Sequences of Operation for systems.
• Provide oversight and training to utility mechanics as needed.
• Repair and maintain building plumbing and HVAC auxiliary systems.
• Ensure safety and proper use of tools and equipment.
