Job summary

EMCOR Services Aircond is seeking a General Building Maintenance Technician to maintain the property’s physical integrity and assist senior technicians and the Facility Manager. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, grounds upkeep, and adherence to safety guidelines across indoor and outdoor environments.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least 4 years of full-time maintenance experience, with the ability to perform tasks such as light HVAC, plumbing,

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and light HVAC concepts.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks and work on-call including after hours and weekends.
• Able to follow safety protocols in a data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work, service requests, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Communicate with managers and document maintenance activities.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and ensure work is completed safely and promptly.
