Job summary

The role supports building maintenance, electrical outage response, and workplace services, with a focus on safety and independent problem-solving. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, at least five years in facilities maintenance or related fields, and solid knowledge of HVAC/electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of facilities maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or HVAC experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems and building operations.
• Ability to work independently during evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Experience following safety procedures and responding to critical building system events.
