Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification is required.
• Journeyman-level experience with 4+ years in commercial building engineering and HVAC maintenance.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (Siemens, Schneider, Metasys) or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP, electrical distribution, plumbing, and facility maintenance.
• Valid driver\'s license and on-call rotation every 5-6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to alarms within Building Automation Systems (Siemens, Schneider, and Metasys).
• Maintain and repair HVAC equipment, electrical distribution systems, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
• Conduct facility inspections, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions to support client operations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations and ensure equipment reliability across a five-building campus.

Our client, a global facilities management and commercial real estate services organization, is seeking a Facilities Technician 5 to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 5, you will be part of the Facilities Operations and Engineering Department supporting the Building Engineering and Maintenance Team across a five-building campus. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a safety-first mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:$35.00 - $43.00 per hour

What’s the Job?
