As a Building Maintenance Technician 3, you will be part of the Facilities & Building Operations Department supporting the Property Management and Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety and customer service, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $28.00/hour
