Job summary

Regional Transportation Commission seeks a skilled tradesperson to maintain buildings, grounds and facilities equipment. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and two years of journey-level experience in one or more trades, with a valid Class C driver's license.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to High School Diploma/GED and two (2) years of journey-level experience in one or more of the trades.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of skilled, journey-level duties in the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and related facilities equipment.
• Monitors, maintains and performs standard repairs to building electrical, heating, ventilation, cooling and plumbing systems.
• Assists with oversight of contracted services and performs carpentry maintenance tasks as required.
• Operates computer hardware and related software applications and keeps records of activities and materials used.
